The menu of the property’s restaurant, Il Falconiere, offers a selection prepared by the chef, Silvia Regi Barrachi, who makes it a point of honour to use local products. The vegetables, herbs, and olive oil come from the estate. What’s more, she even offers her kitchen for three-, four- or five-day learning workshops on Tuscan gastronomy. As for the owner, Riccardo Barrachi, he will himself take you to visit the wine cellar and vineyards of the property, whose wines are derived from family vines.

Finally, you can enjoy on-site services offered at the Thesan Etruscan Spa. Mineral water treatments, steam baths, massages, skin care…. In brief, everything there is an Italian-style cure!
