What You’ll Do
As a Leisure Travel Advisor – Independent Agent, you will have the opportunity to create tailor-made experiences for a diverse clientele seeking high-quality support, whether for family vacations, luxury cruises, cultural tours, upscale hotels, or personalized travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on planning their leisure travel according to their preferences and budget.
Conduct in-depth research to propose personalized and inspiring itineraries.
Book all travel components (commercial and charter flights, hotels, transfers, cruises, activities, insurance, etc.).
Provide thorough follow-up with clients before, during, and after travel.
Build trust and loyalty with clients through excellent service.
Collaborate with the team and share insights, favorite products, and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency.
Excellent proficiency with booking tools (GDS Sabre or equivalent).
In-depth knowledge of loyalty programs and fare policies.
Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
Autonomy, professionalism, and reliability.
Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.
