Réaliser les devis et les offres de prestations, effectuer les réservations sur Sabre (aérien, train, hôtels, location de voitures, assurances) et vous assurer de la qualité des services offerts,
Expliquer au client tous les détails et l’informer sur les mesures particulières, relatives au pays visité, qui devront être prises (passeport, visa, vaccins, assurances, etc.)
Expliquer au client les conditions de modification et les conditions d’annulations
Rester attentif aux souhaits du client et assurer de la mise à disposition des prestations achetées.

What You’ll Do

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operations of the agency. You will be a go-to resource for team members, whether travel advisors or admin staff, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Versatile, detail-oriented, and proactive, you’ll be responsible for operational support and cross-functional administrative management, helping foster a structured, professional, and well-organized environment for the entire team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate contacts
  • Manage the general inbox and prioritize messages
  • Support the team in administrative processing of travel files
  • Perform data entry in systems (CRM, internal platforms, Sabre, etc.)
  • Monitor administrative deadlines (document submissions, payments, etc.)
  • Prepare reports, letters, or supporting documents
  • Maintain the organization of digital files and client records
  • Collaborate with various departments (sales, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth coordination

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Relevant experience in an administrative or operational support role (experience in a travel agency is an asset)
  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable with technology and collaborative platforms (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
