What You’ll Do

As a Corporate Travel Advisor – Groups & Events, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating group business travel, conferences, and complex corporate events. This remote position offers flexibility and autonomy while placing you at the heart of high-impact operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate corporate travel and events, including transportation, accommodations, and activities.

• Design tailor-made itineraries and programs to meet the specific needs of clients and groups.

• Make reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other related services.

• Provide thorough follow-up with clients and participants before, during, and after the event.

• Handle unexpected situations and urgent requests efficiently, offering top-quality advisory service.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, client policies, and best practices for events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel or group/event planning.

• Excellent proficiency with booking tools (GDS Sabre or equivalent).

• Knowledge of loyalty programs, fare structures, and travel policies.

• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Autonomy, professionalism, and reliability.

• Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.

• Passion for organizing high-quality travel and events.

• In-depth knowledge of loyalty programs and fare rules.
• Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities and perform well under pressure.
• Autonomy, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent command of both French and English, written and spoken.
• A strong commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
