What You’ll Do

As a Corporate Travel Advisor, you will play a key role in managing complex, high-end business travel for our clients. This remote position offers flexibility while placing you at the heart of high-impact operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate comprehensive business travel for a demanding corporate clientele.

  • Propose optimized itineraries tailored to client needs.

  • Make reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other related services.

  • Provide attentive follow-up with clients before, during, and after travel.

  • Manage urgent situations and unforeseen events efficiently, offering top-quality advisory service.

  • Stay up-to-date on client travel policies and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate travel agency.

  • Excellent proficiency with booking tools (GDS Sabre or equivalent).

  • In-depth knowledge of loyalty programs and fare policies.

  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.

  • Autonomy, professionalism, and reliability.

  • Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken.

As a Leisure Travel Advisor – Independent Agent, you will have the opportunity to create tailor-made experiences for a diverse clientele seeking high-quality support, whether for family vacations, luxury cruises, cultural tours, upscale hotels, or personalized travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on planning their leisure travel according to their preferences and budget.

  • Conduct in-depth research to propose personalized and inspiring itineraries.

  • Book all travel components (commercial and charter flights, hotels, transfers, cruises, activities, insurance, etc.).

  • Provide thorough follow-up with clients before, during, and after travel.

  • Build trust and loyalty with clients through excellent service.

  • Collaborate with the team and share insights, favorite products, and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency.

  • Excellent proficiency with booking tools (GDS Sabre or equivalent).

What You’ll Do

As an Aeromedical Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing medical repatriations and emergency travel services. This hybrid role offers flexibility while placing you at the heart of high-impact operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of repatriation requests and ensure end-to-end follow-up, from the first call to the patient’s return.

  • Coordinate logistics with air ambulances, medical teams, airlines, and ground transport providers.

  • Assess and compare different transport options to recommend the fastest, safest, and most appropriate solution for each mission.

  • Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication with insurers, hospitals, clinics, and families involved.

  • Remain calm under pressure and quickly find effective solutions to unexpected situations.

  • Document each mission thoroughly and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual communicator (FR/EN) with the ability to interact with empathy and professionalism.

  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple urgent cases simultaneously.

  • Exceptional composure and ability to make quick decisions in critical situations.

  • Team player motivated by collaboration and mutual support.

  • Tech-savvy, familiar with collaborative platforms, email communication, and booking systems (GDS).

  • Flexible to work variable hours (days, evenings, weekends in rotation with the team).

Assets That Will Make a Difference:

  • Valid OPC license.

  • Experience with Sabre or another GDS.

  • Strong knowledge of the aviation sector and its specificities.

  • Experience as a travel advisor, ideally in an international corporate context.

  • Personal travel experience, understanding the realities of transportation and the traveler’s perspective.
