But the star of this establishment is without a doubt its one-star Michelin restaurant. Its superb terrace overlooks the vineyards and offers a spectacular view of the hills to the west. It is one of the most coveted restaurants in California! Its chef, Robert Curry, is the master of the restaurant.

Having organic farms and markets as neighbours, with whom the owners have forged wonderful relationships, Auberge du Soleil is able to offer the best produce year-round.

One of the outstanding dishes (and a favorite of Robert Curry) is the milk-fed veal on brioche bread, garnished with asparagus and black chanterelle mushrooms. All of it basted with a reduction of roast poultry, kombu, and bonito seaweed broth emulsified with olive oil. We want more!

The Auberge also houses an award-winning wine cellar, which holds more than 15,000 bottles.
